The documentary "UKDE" takes place in the village of Kayacık, Çanakkale, where Reha Erdem's latest film, "Neandria," was produced. The camera observes the encounter between the villagers and the film crew from Istanbul over a six-week period. Throughout the documentary, the relationship between the urbanites, who initially disrupt the rural daily life of the villagers, and the locals gradually evolves, forming a knot. "UKDE" is an exploration of the bittersweet traces left behind by a production, a memory, and ultimately the images that remain.
